Instructions for use
Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times, for at least 1 minute at a time, minimizing swallowing, and rinse. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.

Children under 12 years of age: Do not use by children under 12 years of age unless recommended by dentist or doctor.
