The tablets are produced after a special process, which preserves the nutrients in microspheres, allowing their gradual release after ingestion. The Vitamin C Time Release 1000mg formulation by Lamberts provides a guaranteed 1000mg of Vitamin C in controlled release tablets and a significant amount of bioflavonoids (rutin, quercetin, citrin and hesperidin) which contribute to its absorption by the body and Rose Hips fruit powder. Use
Digestion time: These tablets are designed to release their ingredients gradually over a period of 6-8 hours.

Dosage: 1 every 6 hours, with a maximum dose of 2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergies: Contains citrus.
