Silica Complete is a specially designed formula by the Scientific Department of Lamberts as it contains Zinc (contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and nails*), Biotin (contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin*) and Vitamin C (contributes to the normal composition of collagen*). Collagen is the main and most important protein of the human skin and at the same time the most important protein of the human body.

In addition, MSM (Methylsulfomethane) has been added, a naturally occurring ingredient containing sulfur and a high amount of silicon, which is one of the main trace elements for the structure and integrity of connective tissue. LAMBERTS silicon is of natural origin as it comes from vegetable silicon (Bamboo gum). Plant silicon is the richest (providing 75% organic silicon) and bioavailable form of silicon in the world and the form in which the majority of published clinical studies have been conducted.
