Myo-inositol is one of the 9 isomers of inositol, a vitamin belonging to the B-vitamin complex (Vitamin B8). It is produced endogenously in the body and is found in a variety of foods such as fruits, legumes and nuts.
Myoinositol plays an important role as the main structural component of a large number of secondary messengers. In recent years, it has been carefully studied in relation to its role in the insulin signaling pathway and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Use
Dosage: 4 grams of powder (2 grams in the morning/2 grams in the evening), half an hour before meals. The powder dissolves easily in water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
