Instructions for safe use
Despite all their beneficial properties, their use requires prudence and attention since they are highly concentrated, volatile and very penetrating substances that can become harmful if used freely.

Essential oils should not be used without the advice of a professional aromatherapist, pharmacist, or physician. In particular in the following cases:

During pregnancy and lactation
In people who suffer from serious health problems
In infants and children under 12 years of age
In case of allergy to essential oils
Caution in use

Avoid ingestion and contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water and contact your doctor.
Do not use them undiluted on the skin. We recommend that you dilute them in a base (eg carrier oil) when they come into contact with the skin.
Before the first use, apply a small amount to a part of your skin for the appearance of a possible allergic reaction.
Avoid exposure to the sun, there is a risk of photosensitivity, especially to citrus essential oils such as bergamot, lemon, grapefruit, orange.
Keep away from sources of flame as they are flammable.
In elderly people, it would be good to use smaller amounts.
