Benefits
The Athomer Nasal Wash System is a natural therapeutic method for cleaning the nasal cavity.
It contains a device specially designed for washing the nasal mucosa and 10 sachets of Athomer salt.
During its use, salt water is poured from one nostril and it flows out from the other. The entire nasal cavity is washed out and the user has full control over the pressure-flow and thus can adjust it according to his needs.
Can be used:

Post-operatively.
During colds and flu, to facilitate breathing.
When there is a feeling of pressure in the paranasal sinuses or a postnasal drip.
  From continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device users with sleep apnea and snoring.
Preventatives to reduce allergy symptoms from dust, animal dander, grass, pollen, smoke, etc.
Instructions for Use
If you are using the device for the first time, wash every part of it with soap and rinse thoroughly with water.
Wash your hands thoroughly and then fill the bottle up to 250ml with distilled water or alternatively with tap water that has been boiled for 5 minutes to sterilize it.
Use 1 ATHOMER sachet to create an Isotonic solution or 2 ATHOMER sachets for a Hypertonic solution and shake well with the cap hole closed.
Wait until the solution becomes lukewarm and then use it.
Lean over the sink and tilt your head to one side.
Place the tip of the bottle in the nostril and squeeze the bottle slightly until it starts to flow out of the opposite nostril.
As you squeeze the bottle, keep your mouth open and breathe (through the mouth) normally throughout the nasal wash.
Continue to apply gentle pressure to the bottle until 120ml is used for adults and 60ml for children.
Follow the same directions for use for the opposite nostril.
Immediately after washing, alternately tilt your head to the right and left in order to drain the rest of the solution from the nasal cavities, and then gently blow your nose.
