Warnings - Precautions:

Taking Vitamin D supplements with >4000IU is recommended to be accompanied by a check of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcemia.
At doses greater than 10,000IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth, and a metallic taste may occur.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
