GELLO patch hot cold are used for cryotherapy and thermotherapy. This double application makes them the best choice compared to simple thermoses or ice packs. Reusable pads offer hot or cold therapy, efficiently and economically, since their use is unlimited. User-friendly, as their construction material is non-toxic, biodegradable gel. Even at a temperature of -20 oC they remain soft.

General for the hot cold pad
The hot cold pad is ideal for relieving pain. Most people know that if they put a warm pad on the back, they will get relief from pain. Also, when an athlete is concussed in competition, we see physical therapists putting cold pads or cooling spray on them. When should we choose one (heat) and when the other (cold)? In general, cold is for injuries and heat is for muscles.

Ice is for injuries: Soothes damaged tissue that is inflamed, red, hot and swollen. The inflammatory process is a healthy, normal, natural process, which also happens to be extremely painful. Applying cold to the wound is mostly a mild, drug-free way to reduce pain and inflammation.

Heat is for muscles and chronic pain: Indicated for reducing muscle pain, such as back and neck pain, and as a nervous system and brain sedative (anxiety and fear are major factors in many years pain problems, of course).
